Celebrating the 249th Anniversary of the Independence of the United States

We had the honor of attending the reception celebrating the 249th anniversary of the independence of the United States of America.

Since last year, we have had the privilege of engaging closely with the Consul General and the dedicated team at the U.S. Consulate General in Sapporo. They have introduced Sapporo Transnational Expansion and Partnership (STEP) to many inspiring individuals and have been exceptional partners in fostering meaningful and lasting connections.

The evening opened with a heartfelt live performance, including a trumpet solo by the president of a company well known for Yubari Melon Jelly. The music set a joyful and celebratory tone for the event. Consul General's remarks—delivered with warmth, sincerity, and humor—made the occasion especially memorable.

The entire team at the U.S. Consulate General in Sapporo welcomed guests with the kindness and familiarity of long-time friends, creating an atmosphere so comfortable that it was difficult to say goodbye at the end of the evening.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks and deepest appreciation to the Consul General for his inspiring leadership and generosity. We are sincerely grateful for the connections, trust, and memorable moments we have shared, and we look forward to continuing to strengthen the ties between the United States and Japan, and between Sapporo and the global community.
