Selected for the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)
We are honored to share that our CEO has officially been selected to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) organized by the U.S. Department of State.
The program she will be joining is titled “Workforce Development for Critical and Emerging Technologies in the Quad,” which focuses on diplomatic collaboration among Japan, Australia, India, and the United States. Through this initiative, she will have the opportunity to visit key cities across the United States and engage in discussions on a wide range of topics, including government systems, industrial ecosystems, and STEM education.
A central theme of the program is the role of public–private partnerships in fostering high-tech business environments. By learning directly from policymakers, industry leaders, and educational institutions, we hope to gain practical insights into how innovation-driven ecosystems are built and sustained.
Beyond acquiring knowledge, we see this program as a valuable opportunity to establish strong international networks with leaders, companies, and organizations from multiple countries. These connections will be essential in enabling future collaboration across borders.
We view this journey not as an end in itself, but as a mission—to bring the insights, perspectives, and relationships gained through the IVLP back to Sapporo and Hokkaido, and to contribute meaningfully to regional development and global engagement.
We are deeply grateful for this extraordinary opportunity.
