Visit to a Quantum Sensor Startup in Bavaria, Germany
During our visit to Bavaria, Germany, we had the privilege of touring a cutting-edge technology company specializing in semiconductor chip failure analysis using quantum sensors.
We are sincerely grateful to one of our partners in quantum industry in Germany, and their colleagues for their warm welcome and for generously sharing their inspiring journey with us.
The German quantum company has founded just two years ago by a team of only three members, has already achieved remarkable success. The company has received numerous awards and, as recently as last Friday, successfully completed its first corporate installation.
Inside their laboratory, we observed how they conduct sample testing and failure analysis on semiconductor chips. Their technology enables highly precise, non-destructive analysis—even for extremely small chips—allowing potential failures to be identified and prevented without damaging the components. Witnessing how this groundbreaking technology has grown into a team of 25 talented members was truly inspiring.
We are proud to announce that they will be invited to Sapporo Transnational Expansion and Partnership (STEP) and Hokkaido Innovation Week this coming February. We are confident that their participation will spark new ideas and meaningful collaborations.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Bayern Innovativ GmbH for introducing us to such an exceptional team.
The Japanese market is ready and open—let’s seize this opportunity together.
